Arrangements have been set for the visitation and funeral of Fire Engineer Gary W. Bissey. Visitation will be from 4:00PM - 8:00PM Thursday, February 25th at Stasi/Grove Funeral Home in Olney, IL. The funeral service will be held at the First United Methodist Church located at 335 S. Fair, Olney, IL. The service starts at 10:00AM. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
