The 9-1-1 communication ceners are state-of-the-art command and control centers. The communication centers dispatch Fire, Police and EMS services throughout the city and county. Telecommunicators are highly trained to effectively and efficiently gather and disseminate information via a variety of systems. All telecommunicators at the centers are LEADS and EMD Certified.

The centers have redundant systems so that they can always remain operational. Some of which are the Enhanced 911 System, Computer Controlled Radio Dispatch, and Computer Aided Dispatch.
